I wish the ‘Teaching’ staff could be a little helpful and had endurance towards the students. But surprisingly the ‘Non-Teaching’ staff are 10 steps ahead of them in arrogance and rudeness! Some of the Teachers are so imprudent even towards the parents. But I really liked studying here despite of their unjust behaviour.
This college only wants one thing "Money" no matter when students get it from. They treat a Degree college candidate as a one studying in 5th std. I agree that they should maintain a discipline but not the way Kalsekar degree college opted. If you treat your students like the way they are treated at home, You get discipline, they get respect and the balance is maintained . At the end we call our teachers our second parent.
Kalsekar degree college only know how to get money in the name of ATKT and from many ways . The staff is not helpfull at all and some of the teachers don't teach well at all . Even though they don't allow girls to go to the cantine in break time also. They also control the dresscode of everyone . And the staff of the office are too rude to ask for help. And the peons act like they're the teachers and disrespect for no reason and the watchmens are also rude they don't let anyone enter in the college for emergency also and talk improperly which is not tolerable at all . The college staff fine for everything possible they can. Yes , they should maintain discipline but this is not the way to keep the discipline

First of all.. To reach the college most convenient with auto rickshaw it can be cheapest mode for you.... But there are highway road is in rainy season are most dangerous place for the accedent...it is not safe for there collage students who they are normally prefer to walk.... I personally feel dangerous to pass the road.. and the college road inside the area fill with the water in rainy season... College is very well and study also good... Most convenient for students who are not able to pay high amount of fee.. likely fees are affordable for all....
