I have been working for last 3 months. The flexible shift timings, flexible week offs, and quite easy work make this place a good workstation. Products related training also keep happening at regular time interval which help to update our product knowledge. Apart from this, all the members of my team and my team leader are very helpful. They helped me always whenever I needed their help. So, Kochartech is nice place to work and, my over all experience is good. I am giving 4 stars because of this is initial phase of my journey in this company and I think I need to know more about the company.
Worst company i have worked with throughout my whole career , just worked for 6 months and completely fed up with this company, was just counting the days when to leave this , Everymonth they will deduct your salary without any reason and when asked for reason , no reason they will have and you will never get your money back . Would not suggest anyone to work here .
A good company to work with. Staffs are co-operative. Salary comes on time. Have transparent policies. Loyal to its employees.
