Great church
Excellent Church and Worship.
One of the oldest Marthoma church in India, when the church got divided between Syrian & Marthoma churches in early 20th Century; this church has gone to Marthomites. Wonderful architectural historical building, the history lovers can enjoy it.every week there is special prayer and lot of people attending this prayer and good spiritual atmosphere.
Salem MTC is the first Mar Thoma Church in Ernakulam, evolved from the Mar Thoma Congregation which was established in year 1932. The property of 14 cents at Convent Road where the Church is situated now was acquired in year 1936. The church was established in 1937. Currently Salem MTC consists of 300+ families.
