Seriously speaking it depends upon the staff and department and type of work what experience you get. I had to collect documents for my uncle who wanted to sell his property. For some documents I had good experience( also it can be better sometimes). Likewise I got documents ontime. For some documents it took weeks which was not really necessary. The only reason I got is server not working, the appointed official is out or has meeting. The work can be done quickly if you have someone who you know in there. Three star experience is basically for lack of cleanliness and parking space which is clearly not thought of and improved.

The worst municipal corporation of India is Pune Municipal corporation. They are looting people, not sure for what they are charging INR 3000 per month for a flat having 900 sq ft carpet area. We are not even getting basic facilities but getting taxed ! there is no water supply from PMC (society is paying more than 6 lakh monthly to water tankers), there is no road made by PMC (we can not walk outside of premise, if we do we get bathed with dust and dirt), there is no sewerage line, there is none tree planted by PMC but Irony is they are charging for all above. They are getting so much of tax from people but you can not see development in Pune, no proper infrastructure neither a roadmap can be seen anywhere. The money you will see in Pune is of private firms and people, no infra from govt. Crooks are sitting there !!

I gave 1 rating because there is no lower rating. Only if you go to that office, will you understand what I am.saying. Hya lokanna phakta aapla phayada baghayacha asto. Most department officers are kaam chor. This year the mulla mutha river is left unclean. Reason? I have complaint to all authorities in pmc but they are least least bothered. I will definitely say that the way PMC makes us suffer, their own families, parents children will suffer the same.pain
