Good palace and stoff good behaviour 🥰
Please do not book this hotel through OYO. If there would have been an option to give 0 stars, I would have chosen that. The Hotel looks good from the outside but they gave us rooms that were poorly maintained and very unhygienic. We booked room for 3 people where after asking and arguing again and again they didn't provided with extra bed or even an extra blanket. Only if I wouldn't have been asked to pay in advance on OYO, I would have immediately checked out and go for another Hotel. Also, while trying to reach OYO customer service to complaint, their helpline number was not of much help and even the virtual chat assistant provided limited number of options to complaint.
Best for fooding
This hotel is good for nothing. Pathetic rooms, pathetic service.
