Actually we have given application for issn section and we observed a demotivating response, application is lying with them since 4 months and now they even do not respond to phone calls.
So many books and journal available. But won't allow outsider to read.. It's only for students studying in niscair. Located near to FAI BUS STAND.. near to munirka metro station.
It was wonderful place to study specially middle class or weaker section of society who r unable to pay private library for their study.
opening time-9:00 AM ,Closing time-5:30PM, Very good library for student ,It is free for all student. There is a canteen also, but food quality is not good.Is is located near FCI.
ISSN employees deserve more than 5 stars.
