I visited the place for my father's death certificate. Had to provide all the details and came back in a 2 weeks to collect the document. Must mention Ms. Shailaja who was very helpful in filling the form which was in Kanada and issuing the certificate quite promptly once I visited. It was a easy and pleasent experience.
Worst experience ,no response to my phone calls, BBMP will never pick the phone. Work is very slow.
i went there for A khata process .Even after 2 years person callled Mohan not speaking about that. Its worst experience of my life time.. I wonder even though BJP GOVT is there , its not helping common peoples issues
Ok. I went for death certificate of my mother.it was a smooth affair. The persons handling it were simple and cordial.
In this office staff are not good from morning we r waiting but that birth certificate lady came at 11.30 and she went for personal work she is taking money with publim but not responding
