Initially, Best Price was one of the best supermarkets/malls in Aurangabad. Now, over the time, D-Mart has given proper margins and discounts. Therefore, it's prices are now almost on level with Best Price. Also, recently, the quantity and variety of products at Best Price has declined. Can't buy everything under one roof I guess. With the new Flipkart thing, it is now asking the customers to scan the products in our cart itself and it has all sorts of bugs in it's app. This is another problem too. So overall, considering the isolated location, new problems of the app, decline in products, Best Price is no more the undisputed supermarket/mall of Aurangabad.

These American wholesale style mall are just what India doesn't need. 1. They are asking customer to scan there own product. 2. Only one counter is operating on a sunday. 3. Asking each customer to wait 10 mins to get printout of payment verification. 4. These business under staff their mall to save cost and transfer the burden to customer to do the job of their under staff employee. 5. There is always a long queue to enter the mall. I think these people dont know how India operates. Having abundance of unemployed people they are under staffing there mall.

Best price doesn't allow shopping above rupees 1500. They will deny billing if you shop more than 1500. Also, online billing system the have started doest work. Stopping going here. Wasted a lot of time.

Today I hv to wait there for biling 2 hrs.... And app hangs many times and app stops working soo many times and then u have to scan item from start.. If u want to shop here.. You must need an app in which u hv to scan one product and then go back open the scanner return then u can proceed.. And many products can't be scanned and products in your hand can be Out of stock.. Worst experience I've ever have..

Worst service I ever got from any store. Yesterday, I walked to store and after completing almost billing their staff Said we don't provide bag or box. If you agree then i'll proceed to bill either you cancel your order now and shop online. When I asked for alternate solution, they agreed for paid home delivery and now it's been more than 36 hours. I didn't receive my order and can't even track it. Their company is changed, not customer.
