This station does not deserve more than two stars. the station is too dirty and not properly maintained and it ruins the New Delhi's name and pride of being capital. It lacks More number of basic amenities which are available at other two important stations (NDLS&NZM) of Delhi.
there are no hustle and bustle,cool and peaceful place.and outside of station food are available Very low cost
Not proper sanitization is here. Inquiry and other work aren't available.
Easily accessible platform.. Checking on entry one can easily reach there as battery rickshaws and autowala are there.. This place is clean and everything was well disinfected with sanitizers
Good train service Cleanliness is okay Security system needs upgradation
