Glad to see that the city has now a good theatre in terms of hygiene. This is the best theatre in Lakhimpur. But it has no longer a security checkup which they used to do before this damn pandemic. So 4 stars.
Very bad staff ...there is no one to help u out..if u have any issues. upi payment is not accepted..modi jii is appreciating digital india platform of online transactions but here only cash and card are accepted and by mistake if u forget ur card and cash ..then go back and take your card or cash ..otherwise no one will take upi payment to give u movie tickets...very bad situation...all are selfish there..upi payments should be accepted..
I'm just sharing my experience here...So ya...honestly this is actually one of the best cinema halls we currently have in our city its clean as well and the AC is all good....the screen is fine enough....but talking about the food and the staff....both of those were not good enough I mean food is always expensive in cinemas but atleast make it tastier enough and the staff is not that mauch welcoming as well....They are pretty good at shouting though...So If you can ignore these 2 things you're all good to enjoy your favourite movie there.
The all staff are selfish. I'm the middle of movie f9 the have some technical issue. And we all wait for 3 hours to continue. And when anyone demand refund they denied. Some peoples not complete the movie coz of the staff and staff's behaviour. They all are very angry and keep shouting on you. They did not give respect to you. Never go to there.
