One of the worst hospitality you will get. Worst behaviour you will get. IDFC first bank person sumit and hdfc bank person are always busy on Phone playing games.And the manager of this group Rakesh never listens to the complainant or other issues .
Very very poor service. U feel like are in a government office like SBI. Very poor staff including manager. There staff doesn't deserve 1 star review.
I went for changing the lock in my bike and had the Worst service experience. Even after waiting for 2 hours they could not allocate a person for the job. Priority is given to customer who have long haul work and not to old customers. Also priority is given to policemen without any job card (as they are not ready to pay). Would suggest you to please go for other service centres.
This is worst service centre. They only focus how to fetch more money from customer . Quality of service is pathetic. Staff is so much unskilled that they can't even repair 125cc bike. This service center can be only suited for polishing or minor repairing of 100 cc bikes .
