Everytime we they are increasing the price as per the number visits..it was 99laks onwards 3 BHK.. now its 1 cr 33 lakhs onwards..
Worst quality , Everywhere Seepage is there in my home. I have their property in CasaGrand Luxus , Whenever it rains from every-corner of house seepage is seen. During one year maintenance they just did temporary solution and post this they are washing of their hands and refusing to fix this manufacturing defect even though my property is covered under Rera 5 year manufacturing defect liability period . Its same with almost half the units in this projects , so better to avoid this sub standard builder.
