Small Airport but all the necessary services are there. Food court is on the 1st floor which is quite good. Ample seating arrangements on the waiting lounge. well maintained toilets. Snack vending machines are also there. Beside this, airport is connected with the metro rail. You can find the metro railway terminal station entrance just on the opposite side of the exit gate of airport.
Small but clean and pleasant experience. The airport compared to its Delhi and Bombay Airport is smaller due to the traffic it handles. But the airport is currently being redesigned and expanded so may be in a few years we would have a completely different experience here. Even now the airport is very easy to maneuver and very clean and hygenic. It had a few shops that you can buy gift and souvenirs from. The staff is also pretty cordial.
Compared to metro cities airport might be small but Departure is cleaned and has lounge access as well. You may find stores to shop and eat inside. People behave formally and can be reached out for any help. Talking about arrival where cab people were allowed to enter before is now finally controlled and looks better. Still arrival section could improved.
Super Solid. All Process Quick and Fast. Best Airport in Uttar Pradesh because of Speedy Process. Good location on Lucknow Kanpur Highway and Chill Environment. I love this as the capital city has an excellent International Airport. Direcr metro connectivity, Easily available Cabs, autos. Good Food stalls, Overall great place.
Terminal 2 Adani, pretty shabby interiors. Might be very old simultaneously lacking in maintenance. Ceilings are sagging. (Smoking room area )Water patch marks/ blisters are seen on walls. (Check in counter) Washrooms Area granite floor has stains, also visible on basin counter . Accessories have become old. I personally feel attention is required towards uplifting the set up. and henceforth proper maintenance. It will definitely revive the vibrancy of such a prestigious Airport like Lucknow.
