I was apprehensive in the start but she was just perfect. So apt, so clear her unfolding was that it has made me a better person in last few months. When I had started visiting her, I had constant anxiety towards life in general. But, now with therapy, I have been able to manage it to a large extent. Life is hopeful with therapy. I was suffering from anxiety for almost a dacade now. Tried everything in my capacity to heal myself but nothing worked. I was hopeless and thought will never overcome this but luckily I found Tanushree ma'am. She helped me to understand the patterns and traumas which I was completely unaware of. It's been a month and I am feeling really good anxiety has decreased. I am now much more aware of my patterns and I know that I will eventually completely heal.
