There is no process being followed. Waste of people time hence money. Respect people time.
MSEB department is none of use... they just want to earn money without providing proper services... they will come and cut poor people electricity connections for delaying in payment... I think they forgot because of the bills we pay they get their salaries.... Customer care is full of useless fellows... they even don’t know the exact problem... they are not in mood to listen your problem... but they can redirect you to this office saying if you want to complain against them you can lodge complain here... just like they are CM of Maharashtra... #RIP#Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co.
