I gave blood samples in the morning on 10th December..I was told I will receive report on whatsapp on following evening.i didn't receive till today. So I had to personally visit.it was closed.so I went on 3rdfloor..they were not aware..so after waiting for 20 minutes report was prepared by them...so something seriously wrong in the system.
The staff is good. I had a great experience. Coordination is good.
Very very bad service, We have taken appointment before coming and our number came after 1 hour, hence today on our second visit we came after half hour thinking it will be busy anyways, today our number didn't came yet and it's already past 1 and half hour. After checking with the reception, as per them it will take more time. Hence I suggest everyone to avoid coming to this clinic and If coming there is no point taking an appointment coz it wl take 2 hours waiting anyhow. I request NDC management to improve their service before it become disaster.
