Worst experience.... no management.... I went there for my policy surrender but neither staff nor Manager was available to take the work.... they have given excuse that staff is sick and no one is there to complete his work. Don’t know what’s the purpose of opening the office when there is no one to work... seriously disgusting and time waste.
