Very poor service they didn't delivered my item but still online its showing that it has been delivered. How it could have happened even my phone number was on there. They could have called me and asked me to take your speed post if my address was not trackable. But how they would have called me as their phone number is not working. If there would be option for "0" then I will give zero..
Something is really wrong with this office. The staff is rude and have no sense of customer service. They are unwilling to guide you through the correct process and you keep ending up going again and again to their office. What a shame!
All staff are good and handle all work with positively and truthful
Pathetic work ethics and staff. The item has not been delivered at the address even after it has reached Saharanpur HO 20 days ago, parceled using Speed Post Service.
They never deliver your parcel go and collect by yourself
