Great showroom and staff is also dedicated towards their work and very polite.
Worst service ever ... Experience no 1 July 2021: Went for installation of additional components no response what so ever ... One guy named Ankit took keys of my car and took off for no reason whatsoever and returned it after 1 hour. Experience no 2 August 2021: Went for my car repairing it is insured .. my car is there for almost 1 month but they haven't processed my car repair work. If anyone reading this please better go to Yamunanagar or Karnal for better service.
Very slow service. Didn't even completed the work. Had to give car again for cleaning because it wasn't clean the first time. They had been calling me for 3 days and when I went they said 15 minutes and made me wait 2 hours. Since the guy was a bit understanding that's why 3 stars else I would have given 1.
Very rude behavior by manager, incompetent staff, they provide false information regarding the car availability. Sales personnel doesn't know about the models available and features. Waste my 3 days, I lives in Saharanpur and booked the car from Dehradun showroom. If they treat customers like that at the initial stage, I can imagine how bad is their after service.
