I was advised to undergo a MRI. Meanwhile during the MRI, I was informed that I need to be injected with some contrast which was scary for me and I asked for 5 minutes to consult with my doctor. As a patient, I have the right to know the contraindications that might follow. However, I was rudely shoved out and was rushed to the CT Scan, where the doctor doing the MRI asked me to consult my doctor. All said and done, I was additionally charged 2000 for the contrast. I had to wait for more than 90 minutes for my turn again. All I asked was for 5 minutes which these technicians and staff could not afford me for which, I had to wait for another 100 more minutes

Had a worst experience with most of the hospital staff (reception, laboratory & children ICU sisters including some junior doctors) besides the escalating amount of expenditure on every aspect, once admitted. However, the behaviour and treatment of some specialist doctors like Dr. Reeta Bora ma'm is very encouraging and deserves gratitude from the core of my heart ; it's only due to her that made us admit our child at Aditya one year ago.
