I have been working as an admin in Mahesh Smruti Multi Speciality Hospital since last 2 years. According to the hospital policy, every staff member is given an idea of a probationary period of 6 months at the time of joining. Proper care is taken for each of the staff by providing an abundance of all kinds of tools to fight against covid and also hospital provides all type of medical help to the staff as well as their family members. Hospital has always given first priority to the patients & will be continuing to do so, hence the staff who do not follow hospitals rules and regulations are fired.
Good Hospital with excellent Medical staff and other staff and very much polite and give proper treatment and give each details about patient, answer our calls anytime after discharge too, In this COVID pandemic very much genuine and helpful hospital, thank you all.

I myself Dr Nishant Gholap Orthopedic Surgeon got covid 19 viral infection with my saturation levels gone below 91 percent.. not able to speak n CT lungs showing bilateral basal pneumatic picture.. In such state I was admitted at Mahesh smruti hospital manjari Pune under Dr Nitin Lohakare. He has given me the best intesivic care.. started on antiviral ..steroids antibacterial.. and immunosuppressive.. the best available treatment.. and kept me on bipap machine for 6 days.. with all this I slowly started showing the response n progress.. this hospital has very good ICU facility supported by ventilators ..bipap machines..and best nursing and supportive staff..I was treated with 1:1basis and finally survived the covid pneumonia infection. At present i am breathing good and in comfort . lots of blessings .. good wishes.. gratitude.. to Dr Mr and Mrs Lohakare their nursing and supportive staff and their hospital . . Need any advice . .
