Poor quality and staff The quality of service and investigation has degraded. They made me wait for hours together. There is no confirmed timing of Doctor's arrival. They called me at 10 AM and made me wait till 2 PM even though I had a prior appointment. The place is very dirty and not regularly cleaned. Surely a big NO at the time of Corona. The staff needs basic training on how to talk to a patient.
In covid all these places all over the city are charging more nd more from the patient nd that should be stopped.
This Anupam MRI CT scans is looter , they don't do CT Scan for Corona positive patients despite of doctor prescription. They don't extend their facilities for corona patients for few hours a day with proper sanitization. Thay are milking money but don't have any Morale responsibility towards people of Muzaffarpur and Bihar. State and central government are very much concerned about corona and they are not supporting government agenda for fight against corona.
Worst place. Just after entering their premises you will feel as if u have stepped inside some shabby government building void of modern facilities. They accept only cash as the mode of payment. They won't answer your calls. There are 3 contact numbers mentioned on their envelopes. 2 of those don't work at all, perhaps they have put their old numbers. And the third number will go unanswered for most of the times.
This place is no more what it was earlier. Huge degradation in the quality and charges have gone high. The guy at the counter spoke very roughly, very poor behavior. Radiologist/doctor for Ultrasound comes at 1 PM though they know everyone will come with empty stomach. They made me wait for hours and wasted time.
