The staffs are really helpful. I have been there recently to open my account, the process takes 5,7 mins max to max i filled the online account application form and then visited the branch just for submitting and verification of my document after verification the e-kyc is done and they issued my the ready to go kit which consists of ATM( not personalized as it is ready to go). Fund your balance with 1000 you are ready to go you can also get the Debit Card and in the meantime you can apply for the cheque book. The guy Airvind is really helpful. All the staffs are supporting.
Good ATM service and banking service but just giving 4 stars because I haven't used this ATM yet😅😅 but i knew that it is also the ATM of Chakradharpur in which the cash is genuinely not available. So, not helpful when you need some cash urgently. But sometimes the cash is available so not bad at all.

Whenever i went to ATM always close. Edit : Now ATM opens but no Cash 🥲
