It's same as all other government offices. Nothing new. No special services. Same behaviour jaisa zadatar government job walo ka hota hai.
Worst service. all contact details are wrong and from Basti post office so many items from the parcel were missing. they stole item from the packed parcel and then again fixed it and after complaints no responses stating that we deliver your parcel in safe condition. pathetic service. zero customer complaint resolution.
