This is my review which is more like a guide if you are going there to get your medical certificate. All the tests you have to do is shown in the pictures. You can get them done from Chinsurah Hospital or Serampore Walsh. Don't even dream of getting them done in 1 day. You'll need several visits to the hospital. Second is the TR-7 form which you have to collect from Chinsurah Court (4 copies for 6 rupees). Fill them up as shown in the picture. After all the tests are done, you have to go to the CMOH office with the report of blood, urine, xray & ECG and the bill that shows that all the OPD doctors have declared you fit. CMOH office clerk will collect all the documents along with xerox of aadhaar and will stamp your TR-7 form. Go to the SBI branch to deposit 25 rupees and and after that, go back to CMOH office with the SBI stamped TR-7. AFTER THAT, You will get CMOH signature around or after 5PM. BUT AGAIN YOU HAVE TO PAY 75 RUPEES, FOR WHICH NO RECEIPT WILL BE GIVEN ;) DO NOT try to wake your inner Kejriwal up and ask questions. Anyway, you've got the signature after all the governmental red-tapism. What more do you want? This is as good as it gets.
Well groomed staffs. Co operative and helpful dignitaries.
