Ancient Hemadpanthi temple closed for devotees as it is not in good shape. Architecture is beautiful. Place is secluded and calm.
This Siddheshwar Shiv mandir-Akole(Maharashtra)was built on the bank of river Pravara during Shilahaar dynasty around 5th CE. It is unique in that it was buried till 1780 AD. The mandir is a hidden gem and is in league with Chaulakyan mandirs in terms of architecture.
