Very bad delivery system and response from their end were very poor.My parcel is under transit on 4th Dec.It shows delivery date is 9th Dec but still the parcel is yet not despatched from originating station

Went for some parcel to Canada. Their machine and printer were not working and employees on customer desk was busy watching YouTube on his mobile. They take customers for granted.
Worst courier service for international services as well as domestic. Don't rely on FedEx they will never deliver on time.
