Your service is very poor because after complaint again and again for last 5 months but problem not solve till date. (28/05/2020). I want to inform you that last several years we worried about water supply problems and is our basic need. This matter is ward number - 01 area salai, Firozabad, U.P. 1st written complaint on 6th Feb 2020, 2nd on 15th Feb and 2020 and via telephonic call on 17th Feb 2020. we have been informed before mayor to this problem, ward councilor mamta devi has also been informed this matter. Provide the wrong information is given that there is no water line in the street but the water line is stuck just no water supply only. After reminding again and again there is no response from water department. Very poor service.
