The station has improved a lot over time. There are quite many options for food here and it was great to see the ramps and easily accessible staircases constructed all around. It was easy to drag the trolley bags all along from platform 5 to outside of the station. The station parking was not that great. There was no ticket issued in the beginning and the parking was charged without any ticket.
Organised parking lot, large displays, wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Clean and hygienic toilets. Well maintained and clean platforms. Lots of food options. Clear public announcement. Help desk is very prompt. The railway station has a Grand entrance depicting various personalities, monuments etc telling the history and great heritage of Bihar during the last few thousand years. Good connectivity inside and outside the city.
