Narendrapur Post Office is a small post office with postal as well as Banking facilities. The compound is very small and customers have to queue up in front of the 3 windows in the open area (like courtyard of old day houses). The staff is efficient and cooperative unlike many other post offices. There is rush is the early hours whereas crowd reduces post 12 noon. The complex inside the boundary wall needs to be cleaned up and maintained and seats added for elderly. The small bench is mostly filled up.
