Pathetic delay but excellent customer service... I went for an eye test for obtaining a driving license. I had to wait almost for 3 hours. First they said doc has gone for lunch and later they said doc was attending an operation. I suggest they inform the patients what exactly is the reason for delay. Apart from that the procedures were simple and excellent support from the people over there.. I should also mention about the security chettan who was ensuring that each and every one who is getting out of the hospital is getting a calendar?

A good hospital with less crowd and well mannered staff. They are maintaining all precautions during this pandemic situation. My husband had cataract surgery there. The whole process was smooth and fast. Special thanks to Dr. Mathew Kurian and Sr.Sincy who assisted us during the entire process.
