Good experience
Very happy to share the experience of Thane RTO situated opposite to the central jail. Very old haritage type building still capable of providing shelter for the office. The team is very efficient and cooperative for helping you to get your work done properly. The chief of the office is also very humble, cooperative and helpful to all the visitors for any kind of services to be availed. Best wishes for the entire team and many thanks for your support. On one is capable there to give confirm answers to my questions. I had mailed them my concern, but in reply was guided me to nearby RTO. The answer can be given on mail itself but smartly diverted me to elsewhere.

Full of dalals ( Agents ) for doing every work. No instructions for any process and work, nobody is here to help people. Pathetic service and abusive language of all sarkari babu and madam. Corona update- There is nothing like token and slot, come here give corona quick test then stand in Q for around 3 to 5 hours depending on DALALS frequency of visiting to SAHAB, then you get your done its not guaranteed.
