Moved in . Superb experience . Must recommend . I have booked villa in this . Special things in this are 1) it has lift provision 2) fast possession as construction going faster 3) excellent land scaping done in internal roads and layout 4) near to good schools 5) it's in nice location and full of greenary near by 6) on time delivery 7) huge amenities area
JRC Palladio looking good project. It seems it is too interior. The pricing is too costly i feel. No hospitals near by. The one hospital is "Columbia Asia", which is 20 KM from the Villas. This property is very near to Tamilnadu. Its almost end of the Karnataka.
Lovely architecture. Quality also seems appealing. However there's only one complaint - Lack of greenery. If they had planned more greenery around the boundaries, would have been much richer. Still see lot of places which can be planted with trees. If they address this, ratings would go as high as 5.
The place is looking fine. But no trees. This is looking like concreate buildings. In the brochure it is looking very nice, but in reality it is just concreate buildings only. In the amenities some plants and trees are there, but in front of each hoses and other places no plants at all. I am not sure why so many good reviews till now. If you go there you will completely agree with me. Project looks good, but now they are digging for sewage line. I am not exactly sure why builder is digging now. This is my personal view. I feel it is just marketing.
The place is far from Roman.. Only the fountain has a few statues around it. The houses are too close for comfort, there is NO LAND AREA around each house.. Car parks are ridiculously small, they should call the car porch a bike porch or bike park, not car park. The tiny slivers of land at the sides is a joke! And they have the gall to call it garden area!! There is no greenery, at least they should start planting a few trees. It is too concrete for my taste. The ad is done very well, but please go and see the place in real life, don't be a victim of clickbait like me.
