Worst response by employees I'm blaming all of those they don't listen anything properly and take time too much , I claimed my bike they replaced old parts of other bike in my bike, they didn't explain ammount which I had to pay bill amount was 6500+ and parst in job card was approximately 3k....the wheel of my bike is damage but they don't listen... I say to everyone don't visit here go anywhere.....my rating is in negative -minus 5 star
Worst response of all employees of BARABANKI Hero Motors. All of them are making fool to costumers. Not giving clear response. I have purchased bike before one month but till date I have not received bike number, already one month completed.my rating is full nigative.
I'm realy disappointed with the service of Barabanki Auto Sales & Services. Today I reached Agency at 09:15am, an executive informed me that your bike will be ready at 12pm. But bike handover me at 02.15pm and Agency have not Genuine part in stock. And I pay total Rs800+Rs2466= Rs3266 but not a single Bil provided to me. And electronic payment system was not working there. I make a joy card before 1yr and today also but I will not visit again in this agency.
