I booked a parcel source was Sultanpur and destination was Mumbai My parcel was open my stuff was not there I lost my one silver jewelry stuff 2 unstitched clothes 2 foot wear 4, steal box and jaggery item This is so shameful that govt organization can't provide the security to the parcel I want my refund as soon as possible
Worst service ever. My father's parcel was dispatched on 05/10/2020 and was about to reach in 3 days, which as usual was not delivered at our address. And even worse the postman wrote that he didn't find the address and returned it back. I mean what kind of service is this. Last year also my mother's cheque book and Debit card was delivered by him to some other address because of what we had to face so many problems. Ridiculous. They don't know how to genuinely do the job. Totally disappointed.
I called many time to the sub office but no response of my single call received , i am faint of the services its not at all helpful .
I'm very disappointed 😢. My parcel has posted on 01/06/2020 via speed post and today this is 11th of June and I've not found my parcel.. and on tha helpline number.... They are not giving me the accurate information I'm feeling very helpless in this situation..
