Staff are very alert they always help to for next steps Test. they are having Proper cardiologist for your 2D Echo that is good thing for observation. Equipment are latest and updated All staff are well trained for their respective Job profile. They also provide consultation for all specialisation.
Had taken my 86 year old dad to Apollo Clinic, Thane for check up. My Experience with Apollo Clinic was super easy and smooth - courtesy - Ms. Alisha. She is so polite and humble and was very supportive, caring and understanding. Everything was just so perfect from the time I booked an appointment till I received the final reports because of her promptness. Thankyou Alisha for all your help & support.
The executive health check up scheme was very comprehensive, covering all health parameters, with options to add or remove certain tests. The staff and doctors were very polite and caring. The facilities were very good. To improve it further, I would suggest the following: - The work-flow and patient flow should be fully computerised. - It should be supervised and regulated at a single point. - The timings of doctors should be modified to synchronise with the patient-flow. This will eliminate waiting period and repeat visits by patients. - As blood-sugar tests have to be done before and after food, a mini canteen that can provide drinking water, tea and light snacks will be most welcome. ----+----
Dr Garima Sharma is the one of the most fertility Dr. She is just excellent, great experience for the first timer, wonderful experience with appollo clinic thane, she was a wonderful fertility Dr. She understood patient deeply, Dr. Suyash also great Dr. He just amazing would highly recommend to anyone whose suffering fertility problem😊🥰
I visited this place today. The tests were done very quickly and properly. But the receptionist in the early shift from 8am was really rude. Did not expect such a bad customer service from a big named chain like Apollo. She should be trained to behave and talk politely to her customers. The incident happened was, It was my toke number after two numbers but she took a man behind me and sent him ahead by referring something in his mobile. Is this the way of taking tokens here??? If this is happening then why you do even have token system??!! And upon asking she replied rudely and started fighting. Action should be taken on such employees. Not at all a good customer service experience. I will make sure to spread this word of mouth about Apollo.
