This is not UPHC CARTE as per address in cowin for vaccine. I have uploaded the pic of centre. those register their slots for UPHC CARTE should reach UPHC SHASTTI NAGAR instead. Hopefully this will help and save time for vaccination.
Went there for Covid vaccination after a confirmed booking on cowin. On reaching we found that vaccination is not happening there. Guard said that vaccination never happened here and several people come here misguided. Stark different between on paper vaccination facilities and the ground reality.

We went for covid vaccine and the centre was closed on 30th April. However, without even providing vaccine, we received the message and certificate that our vaccine is done and we got the attendant name as well who put the vaccine, without even actually getting it.
