Thirds class service, Uneducated people in customer case who even don't know how to talk to customer and response query . Very lazy stuff. They don't deserve the single start. No online recharge options and if you paid offline, they forget to recharge account.

Service is good and plans are at reasonable rate. Installation charges are comparatively high as router and modem which they install are not of very good quality and good brand..Internet speed provided is also very good.
