Right Now Reception staff behavior is very well. In Past, Reception staff behavior rudely. So came after two months and it was great to see the behavior of the reception staff. Recently, Follows up with customer in a timely manner Keeps appointments, call-return commitments, etc. Is approachable and responsive to customers and others. Treats the customer with respect and courtesy. Provides consistent, quality service to all customers. Is available to the customer and provides accurate, consistent, and honest information.....Thanks
