Went here for birth certificate of my daughter.. hospital had sent the birth information report on 10th day itself but this office did not register the birth even after 2 months.. they asked me to get the birth info report again from hospital duly certified since they did not have manpower to find the original sent by hospital and it would take them really long.. after submitting the birth info report copy, I could collect the birth certificate on 3rd day.. The staff was very polite though.. at least on 2 windows I visited

If u want to become mad and frustrating. Then visit these offices..people dont want to work here They will just rotate u from one place to other..

Too long queues, took hours of waiting just to get prints of birth certificate. Only one counter operates birth and death certificate that is why it's taking too long. I had to visit three times in a month for a single birth certificate.
