They have opened online portal for many services which allows you to fill forms but for depositing fee you still need to to go here. So much for digital payment initiative.. one you go there, employees suggests that nothing will happen if I submit form online, I must get everything done personally. If that's the case why do they have online portals to waste people time. They really need to push their employees to improve this. Good thing is that I could get my work done within couple of hours.
