Pathetic office condition and service. Systems never work and their servers are always 24×7 down. Have visited 7 times and still not yet have got it and have to wait for hours to know that server isn't working.
Worst experience. Always site down issue. Lot of people waiting outside and staff reading newspaper and chit chatting inside. Not anybody working to resolve issue or no any clearly when site resume. It looks staff doesn't care about others time. This is what Govt organization responds. My suggestion is not wasting people's time they should deliver certificate to Home by post. It will save people's time and can avoid repeated round of people to office in such a covid situation.
Computers- no Internet Waiting time- infinite Staff- Ingnorant Electricity - Goes off on your arrival.
Went to collect birth certificate. The person first wasted 10 minute doing some personal work and then asked to fill a form and come again after a month. While in other ward office, they issue the birth certificate right then and there. Extremely unprofessional!
I am a student.i went to fetch the birth certificate of my uncle's daughter,I don't know what their process is,tell me exactly what to do.she started shouting ...not everyone knows everything.emploees are assigned to do people's work or not ? Worst experience, irrespective staff don't know how to talk to people, especially birth certificate employee..they can follow their Times they don't care about other people's time!!!!
