Rooms are not so good. Avarage. Staff behaviour is not friendly. If you have girlfriend not suitable this hotal.
Very nice hotel and good staff Food is super
It was a great stay at this Hotel, however I only stayed there for 4-5 hours. The place was wonderful, easily accessible from the train station. Finding the place, the rooms are nice and clean, but the thing that makes this place a great place to stay is the staff .Return everything you have learned about this wonderful Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay there and I hope to come back. Location is great, our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a terrace! YES. The staff is patient and helpful (don't think anyone has ever slept). I wish I could stay longer - the next budget hotel and the more profitable staff ..... and the food prices are good and helpful staff. you can't say that the room was neat and tidy but on this budget it is superb. My stay was excellent. Hotel sumitra is a very nice hotel in Lucknow and close to the charbagh train station. The food was amazing and the hotel staff was cooperative and friendly. I would like to visit you again soon. Excellent rooms, clean linen, good service is what you would expect from a budget hotel .The rooms were very clean with clean linen, towel and clean bathrooms. The rooms had all the toilets and basic necessities. The service was also good and fast. The employee is completely honest in his or her job of providing nutrition. This place will always be my first favorite in the Charbagh Station Area - Thanks Hotel Sumitra Lucknow
