Products made here are really good in quality. Less rejection. So overall customer satisfactory. But, Worst company to work in!! No increments, very poor salary hike. If you r in production then you have better chances for growth. But don't even think about joining Maintenance department. Good infrastructure but there is NO RESPECT FOR YOUR EFFORTS!! You'll have to face dirty politics. At the end of the day you will be unsatisfied as a maintenance employee!
