Nice service N well behaved staff. Right from my first visit to Ajinkyatara site support from sales person on site is aapprecible. While booking, also at the time of aggreement its goes like anything. Loan,agreeement all the headace things are at one point only. As its best place to live as having all things nearby to you which make life easier like school, colleges, hotels n stores . As I booked my 2BHK flat on Feb 2016 in Nirman Ajinkyatara it's worth investment for me n my family. Also being Kolhapurkar its good for me to run down home on holiday occasion. Considering quality of work on site all material mentioned in booklet are actually used.
Project is nice with all in house amenities issue with road but it not builders fault PMC is responsible other vise nothing bad. Road construction is in progress
Thank you so much Nirman Ajinkyatara...I am very happy to announce that I am staying in this society since 9 months A wing, I was very scared about reviews n feedback but absolutely there is no problem, all amenities, architecture, all facilities are really amazing...builder staff is very much helpful, especially komal , Vikram, Rahul n Tushar...all are like family members...as far as solar issue , sorry but in last nine months I am enjoying withvery hot water...I will recommend please welcome to this beautiful place n get an wonderful experience .... Adding one my expectation that I would be more happy if builder can allocate me COVERED PARKING instead of open parking... Thanks-Atul kulkarni

Best and clean society very clean and neat. All amenities available. Road to get here is very small and raw. Just make road good, amd some address markers.
