I am an Architect and Interior designer. I have furnished my house recently and used Lyncus brand switches. The socket is a faulty design. And after sales the service is third class. I have being contacting Mr Rahul Patil, Nasik but he is not responding the calls. I had a word with him 10 to 15 days back and briefed him of the problems I am facing. He promised to send representative to chk. But till date no one has come. And Mr Rahul Patil is not picking up my calls.
