Don't you think the place which is national symbol is worth of visiting something older than time greatest than great. The Ashoka legacy. If you still don't want to visit it them think so!
There was no maintenance or proper care for the monument. This is a historic place but there is no parking spot. The gate surrounding the pillar was rusty and proper maintenance is required

I was speechless at first, when you're suddenly at a place which you grew up looking into your books and exams, and then in all the pubic exams, currencies and documentations. Coming back to review, comparatively very well maintained with cleanliness. There's a lot of space and greenery. There's a ticket of INR 25 for Indian nationals which is well worth it. I would suggest anyone visiting vaishali or nearby to visit this place. It's a great place for history lovers. I would love to come back here with my kids and bring them closer to our history.
