Rates are ok, good for buying flowers in wholesale. Vegetables sold here seems to be little bit high in price, maintained poorly, vendors are not cooperative especially flower vendors, they gets irritated and shouting to customers if we bargain. Must watch out for our purchased Vegetables as cows here are very smart and they will eat it from our bags. Fresh coconut and banana leaves at a reasonable price maybe the specialty of this market. Traffic blocks on the way to this place insists us to travel in 2 wheeler and that's the easiest and fastest way to reach here.
Plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables Very reasonable price since it's also a wholesale market for F&V. Morning if you go before 7am, you can buy fresh flowers as well, loose as well as garlands.. best place if you're planning any function at home.. but you should go early - before 7am for fresh supplies..
Will get fresh vegetables, fruits here. All the days early morning will get fresh greens and is not costly.
Price are almost equal to the shops near my place...It's good for the shopkeepers and hotels as they buy in bulk for daily use but for normal household buy it's almost the same....
Best time to visit is in the mornings to get real fresh vegetables at lowest prices. 7am to 9am will be ideal! These days many vendors are also going cashless.
