That one star is also too much for these people... Nor they answer the calls nor they answer the messages.. We got covid 19 test reports and this guy, who ever handles the number given in google, doesn't bother to reply... I called him at least 20 times.. Irresponsible...
They are not responding to the calls and they do not provide bills for the tests. Also they are issuing the reports from other laboratories stating that it is going to take more time if the reports has to come from Apollo.
