World famous chain of hotels. We stayed there for three days. Though I liked our stay but some things were not you to the mark like room service was very slow. Once you place an order it takes more than an hour to reach to your room. Some central personnel gave us false promise on phone and upgraded our room for lounge service. But when we reached hotel reception told us that lounge is closed where we get unlimited food and beverages. Instead only one drink per person was free of charge. For the status of Hyatt, it is really important for them what they serve and what they offer must match.
Hyatt....the name is enough for recognition, a well maintained, clean , luxury hotel. We went to celebrate our anniversary. We took buffet dinner. There is a live counter. However I found it's not worth. Food was not that tasty, less option and overly priced. They even charged for my 4 year old daughter who had little noodles and ice cream. I was little disappointed. I will not recommended this place for buffet. Staffs were friendly and helpful though.
Great ambience, great choice of food but that day it was very hot inside the Waterside Cafe, probably AC was not working fine
Nice experience, clean rooms, limited amenities. In terms of food, portion sizes are small but expensive, but overall, nice stay. You have pool side restaurant which is amazing in the evening time. One of the best properties in Salt Lake
The hotel is good, but in the recent past their room service standards have gone down drastically. They will make you wait for an hour before the food is delivered to your room. Same is the case with the laundry. I had to call them 4 times and wait for more than an hour to get the person to pickup the laundry. My past experience with this hotel has been phenomenal. They were simply awesome. But I don't know what has gotten into them recently, my last few times over here has been a little disappointing.
